The free scan is a one-engine ChatGPT check from the marketing site (1 domain/week, no card). The 7-day trial is a paid-plan trial on Starter, Shop, or Business - card required, weekly tracking and plan engines included, auto-charge after 7 days unless you cancel.
Which AI engines do I get on each plan?+
Free scan: ChatGPT only. Starter: ChatGPT + Gemini. Shop and Agency: ChatGPT + Gemini + Google AI Overviews. Business: those three plus Claude. Engine availability always follows the plan on this page.
Do you cover markets worldwide?+
Yes. Pick any country on the free scan and on paid projects. Prompts and AI answers follow that market's language. Product UI is English-first (PL/DE/FR next) - UI locale does not limit answer languages.
Are team seats limited?+
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members on the organization. Agency also adds read-only client viewers per project.
Do you use current AI models?+
Yes. Tracking uses current models for each engine - ChatGPT with live web search, Gemini with grounding, Google AI Overviews, Claude on Business - not cheaper stub models. Combined with cold (no-Memory) calls, that is our proxy for what a first-time shopper sees.
Are GEO site audit, Answer Explorer, and the what-changed feed on every paid plan?+
Yes. Every paid plan includes GEO site audit (site-level checks + page-level audit with plan caps: Starter 200 / Shop 500 / Business 1,000 / Agency 500 per project), Answer Explorer, the what-changed feed, competitor and sentiment tracking, and email/PDF reports with an AI summary. Shop adds catalog auto-prompts and Google AI Overviews; Business adds Claude and daily boost options. White-label reports are Agency-only.
Is Agency just 10× Business?+
No. Each Agency project has Shop-level limits (100 prompts, ChatGPT + Gemini + Google AI Overviews, weekly, page audit 500 URLs). Agency does not include Claude or Business daily boost. You get up to 10 client projects, white-label PDFs, and client viewer access on one invoice.
Do I need a credit card for Starter, Shop, or Business?+
Yes for the 7-day trial and for subscribe-and-skip-trial. Agency has no self-serve trial - subscribe only. The free Aigely Scan never requires a card.
