What is included in the free scan?+
Aigely Scan is a manual ChatGPT check: 10 open shopping prompts on one domain per week, with a shareable scorecard and a site-level GEO teaser. No account or card required, and no weekly tracking. An account is optional if you want the same scan inside the panel.
What's the difference between the free scan, a free account, and the 7-day trial?+
Three different things. (1) Free Aigely Scan - public, no account, manual ChatGPT check, 1 domain/week, shareable scorecard, no weekly tracking. (2) Free account - 1 project, 10 prompts, ChatGPT only, 1 manual scan/week, no weekly job, paid modules locked. No card; you can stay on Free from onboarding. (3) 7-day trial - Starter, Pro, or Business with a card, weekly tracking included, monthly or annual. Every trial includes 50 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Once per organization, first checkout only. Agency has no self-serve trial.
Which AI engines do I get on each plan?+
Free scan and free account: ChatGPT only. Starter: ChatGPT + Google AI Overviews. Pro and Agency: those two plus Gemini. Business: those three plus Claude. The 7-day trial uses Pro engines on every plan (no Claude). After trial, engines match the card you picked.
Do you cover markets worldwide?+
Yes. Pick any country on the free scan and on paid projects. Prompts and AI answers follow that market's language. The panel UI is available in English, Polish, and German. That does not limit answer languages.
Are team seats limited?+
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members on the organization. Agency also adds read-only client viewers per project.
Do you use current AI models?+
Yes. Tracking uses current models for each engine - ChatGPT with live web search, Gemini with grounding, Google AI Overviews, Claude on Business - not a lower-quality substitute. Combined with cold (no-Memory) calls, that is our proxy for what a first-time shopper sees.
Are GEO site audit, Answer Explorer, and the what-changed feed on every paid plan?+
Yes. Every paid plan includes the full panel (Overview, what-changed, Answer Explorer, reports, competitors) plus GEO audit and a daily boost on pinned prompts. Caps and engines follow the cards above. White-label PDFs and client viewers are Agency-only.
Can I add more than one extra project at checkout?+
Yes. After you subscribe, add extra projects in Billing - same price as your plan, up to +5 per organization. For more brands, use Agency (up to 10) or contact us.
Is Agency just 10× Business?+
No. Each Agency project has Pro-level limits (100 prompts, ChatGPT + Gemini + Google AI Overviews, weekly, page audit 500 URLs, daily boost on 5 pinned prompts via ChatGPT). Agency does not include Claude or Business's 20-prompt ChatGPT daily boost. You get up to 10 client projects, white-label PDFs, and client viewer access on one invoice.
Do I need a credit card for Starter, Pro, or Business?+
Yes for the 7-day trial and for subscribe-and-skip-trial. Paid checkout is for businesses: company name and Tax ID are required. Agency has no self-serve trial - subscribe only. The free Aigely Scan and a free account never require a card.
Can I trigger a scan on demand, or do I only get the weekly run?+
Starter, Pro, and Agency include one manual scan per project per week - it runs the full plan engine set on your prompt library and replaces that week's scheduled scan. Business includes two full on-demand refreshes per month on top of its weekly schedule. The free scan and a free account are also manual, 1/week, ChatGPT only - there is no weekly job on Free.
What limits apply during the 7-day trial?+
The 7-day trial is the same on Starter, Pro, and Business for weekly tracking: 50 prompts, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Claude is not included. Daily boost and the GEO site audit follow the plan you choose at checkout: Starter 3 / Pro 5 / Business 20 pinned prompts (ChatGPT only), and a page audit on up to 200 / 500 / 1,000 URLs. After 7 days you are billed for the plan and billing period you chose, with that plan's full limits.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel in Billing on a paid plan. You keep access until the end of the current period, then the org drops to Free. After cancel or downgrade to Free, scan history is kept for 6 months, then raw answers and history are deleted. Annual plans have no unused-time refund except rare admin exceptions.
How far back can I see scan history?+
Paid plans include a date range on Overview, Visibility, Answers, Competitors, Sources, and What changed: last 7, 14, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days, a custom window, or all time. While you stay on a paid plan you can open every scan from that subscription. Free accounts see the latest run in Answer Explorer.
