Affiliate program terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Program Terms") are an agreement between you (and, if you represent a business, that business) and Devikit LLC (30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; EIN 30-1484571; "Devikit", "we", "us") for the Aigely affiliate program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on a program-specific point, these Program Terms apply to that point. By opening the Affiliate program page in the panel, copying or sharing your referral link, or requesting a payout, you agree to these Program Terms.

1. Who can take part

Any Aigely workspace owner can take part. There is no application or invite. Opening the Affiliate program page creates your referral link. You take part as an independent business, not as our employee, agent, or legal representative, and you have no authority to bind Devikit. We may refuse, suspend, or close program access for a workspace if we reasonably believe these Program Terms were broken or that payouts would be unlawful.

Payouts are for businesses only. We pay against a company invoice, not to a private individual. You are responsible for your own taxes, bookkeeping, and any invoices you issue to us.

2. Your referral link and attribution

Your public link is aigely.com/?ref=…. You may choose the part after ?ref= once (3-32 letters, numbers, or hyphens). After you save it, it cannot be changed.

If a visitor opens that link, we store the referral on their device for 90 days. If they create an Aigely account during that window, we attribute the workspace to you. The last referral click wins if more than one partner's link was used. A click after the 90 days, or a signup with no stored referral, is not attributed. We do not pay commission on free Aigely Scan runs.

3. Commission

You earn 20% of each payment a referred workspace makes to us (subscription and extra projects billed to that workspace), for 12 months starting on the date of their first paid invoice. A trial, a $0 invoice, or an unpaid invoice does not start that window and does not earn commission. After the 12 months end, further payments from that workspace do not earn commission.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid to us for that invoice. If that payment is later refunded or charged back, we may void the related commission, deduct it from your available balance, or (if already paid out) recover it from a later payout or by invoicing you. We may withhold or reverse commissions that we reasonably believe came from a breach of these Program Terms, fraud, duplicate accounts, or self-referral.

4. Payouts

The minimum payout is $100 USD. When your available balance reaches that amount, you can request a payout by uploading a PDF invoice from your company for the available amount. We pay by bank transfer to the IBAN on file, within 14 days of approving the request. Approval is manual. We may reject a request (for example an incomplete invoice, details that do not match the workspace, or suspected abuse) - rejected amounts stay in your available balance so you can request again once the issue is fixed, unless we close program access.

Unpaid earned commission does not expire while your program access remains open. If we close access for a breach of these Program Terms, unpaid commission tied to that breach may be forfeited. You have no right to a payout until we have approved a valid request.

5. Promotion and paid ads

You may promote Aigely with content, your own email list, social posts, organic search, talks, and honest reviews, as long as you follow section 6 and 7.

Paid ads are allowed on generic keywords (for example "AI visibility tracker" or "does ChatGPT recommend my store") on search, social, or similar networks, only if all of the following are true: the ad does not impersonate Aigely; the landing page is yours (not aigely.com or app.aigely.com as the first hop from the ad); claims about Aigely are accurate; and you add any advertising or affiliate disclosure required by law in the places you advertise.

Paid ads on our brand are not allowed. You must not bid on Aigely, Aigely Scan, close variants, misspellings, or combinations such as "Aigely coupon" or "Aigely discount" on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, or any other paid network. You must not use Aigely as a trademark in ad headlines, descriptions, or display URLs. You must add Aigely brand terms to negative keyword lists where the platform lets you. We do not commission traffic from brand bidding.

6. What is not allowed

Do not do any of the following to generate clicks, signups, or commissions:

• Impersonate Aigely or present yourself as our employee, official partner, or authorized reseller unless we have said so in writing.
• Register or use domains, social handles, or ads that copy or closely imitate Aigely (for example aigely-deals.com).
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased comment spam, or deceptive redirects.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or forced clicks.
• Coupon, deal, or cashback sites, or browser extensions that inject coupons, unless we have approved that channel in writing.
• Pay or reward people to sign up (incentivized traffic), or refer your own workspace, a workspace you control, or fake accounts.
• Make misleading claims about pricing, features, or results.

We may withhold or reverse commissions and close program access where we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

7. Brand, materials, and disclosures

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Aigely name and public marketing materials solely to refer customers under these Program Terms. Do not modify the logo, do not combine it with other marks, and stop using it if we ask or if your access ends. You must disclose the affiliate relationship where the law requires it (for example a clear "affiliate link" or equivalent note on a review or ad).

8. Term and termination

These Program Terms apply for as long as you have program access. You may stop promoting Aigely at any time. We may update these Program Terms; the version on this page is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. We may end program access for a workspace at any time for a breach, and we may end or change the program for everyone with notice on this page. After access ends, stop using your referral link and our brand. Commission already earned and not tied to a breach remains subject to the payout rules above until paid or, if the program is closed entirely, until we have processed a final payout for eligible balances at or above $100.

9. General

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devikit's total liability arising from the program will not exceed the unpaid approved commissions then due to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
