Which plan includes white-label?+
Agency only. Starter, Shop, and Business reports carry Aigely branding. Agency PDFs and the client viewer use your agency name.
Can clients edit prompts?+
No. Client viewer access is read-only so they can check results without a full seat or the ability to change tracking setup.
How many clients fit on Agency?+
Up to 10 client projects, each with Shop-level limits (100 prompts, ChatGPT + Gemini + Google AI Overviews, weekly, page audit 500 URLs). Limits do not pool across projects.
Can I put my logo on the PDF?+
Yes on Agency. Reports use your agency name and branding settings instead of Aigely's mark, so the deliverable matches your retainer materials.
Is there a trial for white-label?+
Agency does not include a self-serve free trial. You can subscribe on Pricing, or email hi@aigely.com if you need a short demo before committing.
What if one client needs Business-level limits?+
Run that brand as a standalone Business subscription outside the Agency org, or contact us about Enterprise for custom multi-brand setups.
